Troyan Aged Plum Rakia from Own Orchards 2021 is an ultra limited product – 937 bottles, each hand-numbered. The rakia is produced only from the first harvest of plum fruits from our gardens. The plums were fermented in seperate vessels and the destillation process was carried out independently. After six months of aging in an ouk barrel we obtained a distinctive brandy with a golden color and a plesent aroma of plums.
