On what basis do we process your personal data?
The processing of your personal data is necessary for the execution of your order and its documentation in accordance with national legislation. This Personal Data Protection Policy is also part of the internal rules of VINPROM – TROYAN AD for the processing and protection of personal data.
For what purposes will we use your data?
The personal data you provide will be used for the following purposes:
- To provide the products you have requested;
- For the performance of contractual obligations;
- To prepare and submit quotations by telephone, post, email or other direct means;
- To prepare and send invoices and acceptance reports by telephone, mail, e-mail or other direct means;
- any technical assistance to maintain the services provided;
- to prevent unlawful actions contrary to legal norms;
- data processing in procurement, reporting, acceptance, payment;
- compliance with all other legislative requirements, prevention of corrupt practices and obligations under the AML Act.
Ensuring the reliability of the processing and storage of your data:
- each user creates an account and authorizes himself in the system with a personal name (e-mail address) and password;
- handling of personal data is only possible by persons who are authorised to do so;
In relation to the personal culture of each user, the following rules should be observed:
- Change your password – at least once a month;
- The password should consist of both letters and special characters;
- Password length must be no less than 6 characters;
- Avoid using the system from public wireless networks;
- Do not save your username and password in your browser;
- Do not document your username and password on paper
- Not to provide your user account to third parties.
Your rights in relation to your personal data
Subject to Bulgarian law, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data processed by VINPROM – TROYAN AD:
- To gain access to your personal data processed by the company;
- In case of incompleteness or inaccuracy in the data processed by VINPROM – TROYAN AD, your personal data shall be corrected.
- Request that your data be deleted where the conditions for this are met;
- In the cases specified by law, to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted;
- Exercise your right to data portability;
- To withdraw your consent where the processing of your personal data is based on consent. Withdrawal of the consent given shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to the withdrawal.
